Terms of use

Last updated: 16 September 2026

The service is operated by Yun Chu, a sole trader in Australia. By using

it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

The service

Awesome Report turns structured data into web pages and stores them for you. It

is provided as is, with no guarantee of availability.

Your account

an agent publishes using your API keys.

What you may not do

pages impersonating another person, business or login screen.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, without

notice where the content is harmful.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you create. You give us only the permission needed

to store it and show it back to you — and, for a report you choose to publish,

to serve it to anyone holding the link.

You are responsible for having the right to publish what you publish.

Plans and limits

There is a free plan and a paid plan. Each has limits on how many reports a

workspace may hold, how many may be published, and how many may be created in

an hour. The current limits are shown in Settings.

Limits apply per workspace, not per person. They exist to keep the service

affordable, and they may change — but a change will not take effect during a

period you have already paid for.

Paying

cancel.

while it does, so a card that expired overnight does not lock you out.

Cancelling

You may cancel at any time, from Settings.

Cancelling stops the next payment. **You keep the paid plan until the end of

the period you have already paid for**, and then move to the free plan.

Moving to the free plan deletes nothing. Reports above the free limit stay,

stay readable, and any published links keep working. You simply cannot create

new ones until you are back under the limit.

Refunds

We do not refund part of a month. Cancelling ends the renewal rather than

buying back the days you have not used.

This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the

service is faulty, not as described, or does not do what we said it does, you

are entitled to a remedy — including a refund where the law requires one.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded.

If something has gone wrong, write to us first. Most things are easier to fix

than to argue about.

Ending it

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting your account

cancels any subscription and removes your data; see the privacy policy for what

that covers.

We may close an account that breaks these terms, or discontinue the service —

with reasonable notice where we can give it. If we discontinue the service

while you are paid up, we will refund the unused part of your current period.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential

loss, or for lost data. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the

Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Australia.
